Get all the details of Emma & Darren’s gorgeous Greenwich Park pre-wedding session.
I love this time of year. It’s no longer summer, but not quite yet autumn. This means that the flowers and shrubs are still in bloom and if you strike lucky with a dry day, these elements combine to offer the perfect setting for a photo shoot.
And this was definitely the case for Emma & Darren’s Greenwich Park pre-wedding session, earlier this month.
The happy couple are due to get married on the 7th October 2019 at Cooling Castle Barns in Kent, so it was lovely to catch up with them ahead of their wedding day.
I loved everything about this pre-wedding session and Emma and Darren were a joy to work with. Totally at ease, they quickly relaxed into things, finding their flow, which came across so well in photos. These guys will definitely be pros on the day of their wedding.
The park was nice and quiet and given the dry weather, we made our way round with ease, stopping at various prime locations, which served as perfect backdrops for photos. I loved these photos on the log, which were just a little bit different.
The abundance of beautiful colours definitely popped in the background of the photos. This park is one of my absolute favourite places to photograph in and it’s not hard to see why.
We opted for a mixture of relaxed and posed styles, which offer variety and help the couple decide which style is their favourite.
As well as getting to know each other a little better, the shoot also gives us time to discuss their plans for the big day, including timing, style of photos they like and any ideas or suggestions that they have.
Finally, we wound things down at the band stand area, to end a great day!
I really enjoyed this pre-wedding session with Emma and Darren at Greenwich Park! Wishing you both all the luck with the rest of your wedding planning and looking forward to being part of your big day!
