Francesca and Nathan’s pre-wedding session took place during the height of storm Brian, in the picturesque Knole Park in Kent.
With Nathan being in the army, time off is limited. So with a date confirmed for their pre-wedding shoot, we decided to brave the storm, which did little to dampen our spirits.
The good thing about the blustery conditions was that we had the park almost to ourselves. Although the park’s local inhabitants can be seen in the background in a few shots. With the couple choosing the 22nd of December for their wedding day, it was very fitting that a reindeer joined us during their pre-wedding session!
While dodging the intermittent downpours, 40 miles per hour winds and wildlife galore, we moved around Knole Park’s gorgeous setting, and captured some memorable photos to mark a momentous occasion.
Despite all the elements being thrown at them, Francesca and Nathan quickly relaxed into the shoot. They now have a wealth of poses up their sleeves for their wedding day. We took the chance to get to know each other a little better and any nerves about their wedding photos have been put at bay.
We also captured a few photos at their wedding venue, Mountains Country House before finalising their wedding plans and photo schedule. Despite the weather we had a great time with lots of smiles and laughs along the way.
The happy couple will enjoy a festive wedding this December at Mountains Country House in Kent.
